Use of this website

You may browse this site and use its forms for their intended purpose (enquiries, reservations, newsletter sign-up). You agree not to misuse the site -- including attempting to disrupt it, submit false information through our forms, or scrape its content without permission.

Reservations and enquiries

Submitting a reservation request, RSVP, or enquiry form on this site is a request only -- it is not confirmed until CatuaBar staff contact you to confirm. Table reservations made through our Tebi booking widget are subject to Tebi's own terms in addition to these.

Age restriction

CatuaBar is a licensed bar and restaurant. Entry and alcohol service are restricted to guests aged 18 and over, in line with Dutch law.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, logos, and design on this site belong to CatuaBar or its licensors (including design and development by Arising Media) and may not be reproduced without permission.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services -- including the Tebi reservation widget, OpenStreetMap map tiles, and our email delivery provider -- each governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

Information on this site (including menus, opening hours, and event details) is provided in good faith and kept up to date, but may occasionally be inaccurate or change without notice. CatuaBar is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this website's content, to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
